Minimum four guests, 48 hours' notice. Vegetarian leaf available with the same notice.
Menus change with what the boats and the farms give us, so the odd dish moves on and off. Tell your server about allergies before you order — shrimp paste, fish sauce and pork show up in more places than you'd guess, including some of the vegetable dishes.
